Default Little Bro Replaces Big Sister

BIG Brother hopeful Shell is being replaced by her little brother at the bar where she worked pulling pints.

Ross Jubin, 19, is standing in for his big sister at the Fleece Hotel in the Borders town of Selkirk.

Shell, 22, wasdue to return to the town, where her family live, for the summer break from her studies at Glasgow University .

Her seasonal job at the hotel was waiting for her but she snubbed it in favour of trying for the £100,000 prize on offer to the winner the Channel 4 reality show.

Hotel owner Evelyn Cheyne said: 'We were expecting her back for the summer. I was trying to phone her a couple of weeks ago but her mobile was always switched off nowwe know why.

'Ross phoned last week to tell us why his sister's phone had been off and apologised for not letting us know sooner.

'We already knew him and it seemed a good idea to offer him the shifts.

'Ross was often in with his mates anyway. He's a really nice bloke.'

Music student Ross is due to start behind the bar next week.
