You can't 'make up for it later' because soon enough you're alert and can't to back to sleep and most of us wake up in the early morning to go school/college/work/whatever so you exactly have time to make up for it can you
the point is though those first few minutes of trying to force yourself out of bed is seriously difficult and depressing
if anyone genuinely feels sipping cold tea is worse (it's nowhere near as bad as you're making it) I don't respect you as a person
