It's pretty cool Michelle is running the London marathon. Has anyone on here ever run that marathon or indeed any marathon before?
I ran a local half marathon a number of years ago and it nearly killed me as I didn't train for it at all and thought it would be a breeze....a very big and stupid mistake  Anyhoooo I hope all members have had a nice weekend
