I get where you're coming from Sawyer. I was devastated when I traded my first car in....but it's a great feeling when you get a brand new one too...
Don't worry too much about growing up till you get a mortgage....I was so excited about getting my first mortgage until I woke up and thought "dear god I'm now thousands I. Debt". That's when you feel it  Happy motoring in your new car
