From a medical perspective will being in the house be beneficial to any housemates?

I would say depending on the tasks some of the obese housemates will get some more exercise and during food rations will have a lower calorie count. This will have good health benefits for sure.

Also some of them will be safe from street crimes, drugs and unprotected sex.
