New girl Becki has - so far - been made to feel extremely welcome by her new housemates.


When she opened her mouth for the first time she spoke in a faltering Italian accent. She told housemates they couldn't ask her any questions about the outside world. And the housemates' jaws dropped in amazement when she told them she was from Big Brother in Italy and didnt speak much English.

But she soon told them the truth. "One more thing. I'm a bulls***er!" as she reverted to clear English.

Most stunned by the new arrival seemed to be Michelle who sat impassively trying to take it all in.

Least stunned was Ahmed who calmly went to the kitchen to fix something to eat.

The housemates couldn't wait to bombard Becki with questions. Victor kept pressing for information about what she'd seen of Big Brother but she kept mum. She did say she only watched it to find out what the housemates who been picked were like.

The House nearly erupted when she told everyone she'd brought three bottles of champagne with her.

Becki was given a tour round the House with Nadia and Shell hugging each other with joy. "I'm sooo excited," screamed Marco as he hugged his new friend.

"This is incredible," said Stuart in his now familiar confusion.

"I'm like 'what'?" said Victor, "Buzzmania! Buzzfest! I'm buzzin'!"

Becki has been welcomed by the housemates, who seem as excited as she is. But already the dynamics of the house have started to change.

"They're building up again," noted Victor, talking about the arrival of another female in the House.
