Jason has been given his second formal warning by Big Brother.

The solemn Scot was called to the Diary Room and given the warning after swearing at Big Brother and leaving the sofa area during the nomination process.

He emerged from the Diary Room and relayed the conversation to the group.

Marching into the garden, he revealed that Big Brother had asked him, "Do you have a problem with following the rules?" and had then chastised him for leaving the sofas during nominations.

Jason had told Big Brother that he had left the sofa as some of the other housemates were smoking - a habit he hates.

The disgruntled Scot - who last night threatened to walk - told Victor for the umpteenth time that leaving the House was on his mind once more.

A placating Victor encouraged him to "hang in there for a bit."

Jason was grim about his prospects saying, "You get two warnings - the third one you're out."

Tut tut.
