Gary won, the title, James didn't win anything.

James was booed consistently when he was nominated.

James is not in any sense of the words a "real winner" uncrowned or not.

In any type of race/competition, remove the winner - for whatever reason - and the 2nd wins by default, which would make Audley the winner. James ONLY CAME THIRD.
