To be fair, I don't think it's so much about how she dresses as it is about her taking deliberate "boob selfies" (face and chest, taken from a slightly elevated angle, emphasizing cleavage) BUT I guess that doesn't really matter, because if she wants to take boob selfies and tweet them that's her business. Like I said earlier I find it a bit "teenagery" for an adult woman to be doing, but it's hardly a big deal.
