Yes, she did.
They had a montage of her life after surviving the sinking with all the photographs of her doing the things Jack said he'd do with her (horse riding / rollercoasters etc) and then they had the heaven/purgatory symbolism with the end sequence when she's reunited with him. Kate Winslet.
