Thanks for sharing a floor plan!
Given how the house structure has shifted to the other side I have my bets on the task room being behind/next to the diary room.
The doors near the stairs probably lead to a small task room (no way the large one is still in that area) or a storage room.
I'd say your estimation of the bedroom going that far into the structure is correct.
