What if jack had used an immunity pass straight after nominations?

Just to illustrate what a ridiculous, cobbled-together load of old tripe this is...

If Jack had opted to use his immunity pass, would he then be asked to use another one on himself after the twist was revealed?

They really are just making it up on the fly.
