He is such a smug, patronising little troll. He has such a bitter, nasty streak underneath. I still can't get past the comment he made about wishing Jade scold herself in the bath just because she had the nerve to confront him about the hairs in the bath that he was annoyed about and decided to let him know that she knew he was bitching about her, which lead to Joel getting irritated and panicking because he had been put on the spot.
