Is that just a theory you've come up with, though? I guess it's a possibility that the secret house may be involved, but I doubt it because it doesn't seem to tie in. I still think there's a lot more to be revealed, or it could entirely be the opposite when it comes to it! But I am quite sure someone will receive that money, otherwise we wouldn't have been told that there's an extra £100,000 somewhere which will be for the winner.
