I think the main problem with this is that 'top' and 'bottom' often come with a connotation of the masculine versus the feminine role. This really frustrates me because the whole point of being in a relationship with another guy is to be with another GUY, and therefore I think these stereotypical identifications are extremely shallow and unnecessary.
Not to mention this is in effect a rather personal question, as well as a gross question which shouldn't be brought up per say on a big brother forum - but i'm totally not in the position to articulate that so I wont.
I know you didn't specify what you were getting at with the question, but answers such as that of Lucas and others really put me off ahhhhhhh
