There used to be this app where people made quizzes and you could like do it and there was a leaderboard on the right which updated each question depending on what your friends that have done that quiz has put..

I remember it having a blue background if that counts. You'd lose points as the timer runs down?

I am trying to find this out because it's really bugging me lol. It was big around 2008-2012 ish I think..
