X factors have axed the 5th 'Legend's' Guest judge just days before the live shows begin. It is thought Simon was very keen but in what has become an incurring problem on the show is that the ideas was poorly planned and left too late. A source also said that the judges are planned to score acts with paddles like there rivals Strictly Come Dancing but it is yet unknown if this idea has also been axed.
