everything scares me even a tadpole.

ant and dec are splendid

looking forward to sundays wave

3 weeks of pure humor and nothing sordid

jungle fever is making me rave.

i do have concerns

this dance is causing a tremor

on ITV they need to back turn

once was more then enough of gemma.

but i am reassured by ITV class

its not big brother and seedy

its not about exposure and showing ???

just all about food so i adore the greedy.

tension and rows on tap

sunday i have a date
