Nadia is now an even money chance to win Big Brother.

The Portuguese transsexual's odds have been cut from 6/4 following heavy betting.

Dan is currently second to win the show with odds of 3/1 and Michelle is third at 6/1.

Following the loss of £15,000 on Saturday's fishgut task, Ladbrokes are offering 20/1 that the winner of Big Brother walks away with no prize money.

Ladbrokes spokesman Warren Lush said: "Big Brother promised to be evil but bookies dismiss the chances of the winning housemate walking away with nothing and offer 20/1."

"Nadia is a firm favourite to win but bookmakers believe the contest is still wide open. The favourite at this stage in the previous series' has always won but this year we're not so sure."

"We have been forced to slash the odds on Nadia after some hefty wagers but Big Brother could blow her chances of winning by refusing to supply her with cigarettes. No nicotine for Nadia equals mad mood-swinging moments."

Jason is the favourite to get the boot out of the house this week his odds to go stand at 2/9, while Victor is second favourite for the chop at 7/2.
