Default prescription toothpaste

okay so i have been prescribed some toothpaste that has a lot more fluoride in it as embarrassingly- i brush my teeth twice a day and thought i was okay with it all but apparently haven't been doing a good enough job.. (i'm a bit obsessive when it comes to hygiene so i was horrified lmao)
HOWEVER
the thing is with this toothpaste is that extra flouride is basically magic for your teeth (but yeah don't swallow this stuff- apparently you can have extreme cramps if you do that ) my teeth look like they've sort of been powerwashed..
THEY'RE SO ****ING WHITE
like stupidly white
literally that 'squeaky clean' thing that toothpastes market lasts seemingly forever with this stuff and the clean feel lasts for ages

it's really good
but honestly i love it but at the same time i'm terrified of doing something stupid and swallowing like a lethal dose

anyone else used the stuff?~
