Default Should Big Brother let the housmates volunteer themselves for the twists?

I.e if a housemate is chosen to select another housemate to punish/banish etc should they be allowed to volunteer themselves instead?

No for me. It sort of ruins the point, plus they haven't let them do it before tonight iirc.
