They\'re BBirthday VIPs
Quote:
BIG Brother plans to celebrate its seventh birthday this week — but only five housemates are invited to be party guests.
BB told housemates today that it wants them to throw the bash on Tuesday night — and decide who should get the five invitations.
The group had two minutes to decide who should attend the bash - and decided on Ziggy, Gerry, Sam, Amanda and Nicky.
Housemates not picked will host the event and provide all the entertainment.
Brian will perform as a musician and one-man band, while Tracey and Charley will put on a clown show. Liam will be a magician - with the lovely Chanelle as his assistant.
The group will be given today to practise their skills.
But the twist sees BB decide how long the party goes on for.
An insider said: “While the invited party-goers will have party food, party outfits to wear, and party games to play, they won’t realise that this is no ordinary party, but an endurance party.
“And they are not allowed to leave until Big Brother has had some fun."
If the gang pass the task, they will be rewarded with a luxury shopping budget.
Brian was the first housemate to gain access to Big Brother's private Practice Room.
And he had a hard time trying to figure out how to play and wear all the instruments for his one-man band performance.
"Can't I have some decks or something?" he moaned.
As he tried to position a horn between his legs, he got caught up with his cymbals.
"You're doing nothing for my street cred," he complained.
Each entertainment act will be given individual instructions. They must not practise or discuss their acts in front of the rest of the house, so as not to spoil the surprise for party-goers.
If an entertainment act breaks any of their rules, they will incur one fail for the group.
If entertainers incur three of more fails, the group will fail the task and receive a basic shopping budget for next week's shopping list.
