Who put knicker on table?
So I'm a little confused, where did the dirty clothes and knickers come from? Who moved them to the table and made an issue of them?
I have to say Stephanie needs to look her personal hygiene, one thing you don't do is discard your soiled panties where others can find them. That's not being bullied dear, that's having disgusting personal habits. If they are dirty you wrap them in a bag until you can discreetly wash them, its not rocket science.
