Her fanbase. People who save up to go to to buy stuff and clothes from her shop and website. Let's be real. Affluent people won't buy her clothes, they're more likely to buy this seasons JWAnderson, Prada, Hermes or whatever the hot designer label is.

Gemma has almost done a Gerald Ratner like when he made the ," crap" comments about his own cheap jewellers.
