Trust Big Brother to entertain restless housemates on a rainy afternoon...

Big Brother has obviously had experience with children. Because how else would Big Brother know that the best way to entertain restless little ones on a rainy day is to give them warm milk, cookies and board games - hurray!

Summoned to the Diary Room, Carole returned with a hamper full of goodies and Chanelle wasted no time peering in to check out the contents.

They've given us hot chocolate and games," she shrieked while skipping around the dining table. "We've got board games!"

Carole decided an explanation was called for and ordered everyone to listen while she repeated what she'd been told in the Diary Room.

"Big Brother noticed that the weather was really horrible this morning and we might have to spend some time indoors," she stated. "So, he wants us to be able to play some games for a limited period of time, and has provided us with warm milk and cookies."


"Cheers Big Brother," shouted Gerry through a mouthful of biscuit.

And in case of late-stage embarrassment, Liam made himself clear to the housemates. "I just thought I'd let you know before we start that I'm the worst player in the world at Operation."

We thought a tree surgeon might be rather good at that...
