Squads should not have too many world class types
The three amigos at Barca is rare but seeing the flash of egos at Real Madrid and the disarray of early season Cheslea I've concluded that top teams don't necessarily need a team of highly paid out and out world beaters but a few better than average players with a decent level of spirit team mindedness character* and passion. Maybe a few hidden gems plucked from lower League sides who won't mind passing the ball to the "Ronaldo" player and won't demand a crazy high sage.
Ronaldo is the main man at RM but says his team mates (not Bale or Benzema) are not good enough but if he were playing at Barcelona instead he would not be the star which would devastate his huge ego.
Radamel Falcao is just burning money on the bench and creating needless issues.
* not Brendan Rodgers character
