Although I agree with tha basic sentiment of the post. The idea of importing the American version fills me with horror.
In preference to American BB I would gladly watch a British BB full of Nadia's ....... Or even slapper Dan's  I hope the BB version continues long enough for us Brits to learn how to play it.... So it needs to be around for a good 100 years yet.......
