CELEBRITY Big Brother bosses have allegedly lined up hijack selfie star Ben Innes for its summer series.

The 27-year-old shot to fame after posing for a photo with a man wearing a suspected suicide belt while he was being held hostage on a plane.

Show producers are reportedly prepared to pay big bucks to secure Innes, who was convicted of an assault outside a nightclub in York in 2009, for the CBB house.

Innes was on a flight from Alexandria to Cairo last month when Egyptian Seif Eldin Mustafa ordered the EgyptAir plane to redirect to Cyprus.

Upon landing the 59-year-old then held health and safety auditor Innes hostage along with four other passengers and the crew.

Balsy Innes then approached Mustafa for a snap he dubbed "the selfie of a lifetime".
