Freeform is taking a step back in time for its latest series, Dead of Summer, which premieres on June 28. Set in the late ’80s, the show follows a group of camp counselors who think they’re about to have a dream summer, but wind up facing some next-level evil (and we’re not just talking about the bratty campers). That dip gets considerably less sexy when new girl Amy (Elizabeth Lail, Once Upon a Time) sees a body floating in the lake. And the summer turns even creepier as the cops show up and a deer winds up dead.
