It would probably be a good idea for him to go, and quickly; if one positive could come from this referrendum I actually think it's that it could basically trigger some "fresh slate" thinking amoungst voters, especially with Cameron stepping down. A new Labour leadership at the same time could see the battle lines completely redrawn and remove the assumption of automatic Tory majority.

It needs to be someone not quite so radical as Corbyn, but close enough to being Corbynesque as to not simply be yet another "Tory-lite" Labour leader.
