The housemates have been left scratching their heads and wondering if Big Brother had an eviction trick in store for them this afternoon.

When presented with their empty suitcases this morning, the housemates began to fret that they were going to be surprised with an impromptu eviction.

So when just after lunch they were told to gather on the sofas and wait further instructions, they automatically assumed that one of them was about to get the boot.

When the sounds of screaming crowds began to boom into the House, they started to get more and more fidgety.

Eventually, Big Brother called for one housemate to go to the Diary Room. Stuart raced Michelle to the famous red chair, totally unaware that he was going to be locked in said room for an hour and ten minutes, while Big Brother said absolutely nothing.

When Big Brother then demanded that another housemate take a duvet and pillow to the Store Room, Michelle began to worry that her beloved chicken Stu would never be seen again, and set up camp outside the Diary Room door, cheek glued up against the glass, hoping to discover a clue as to what was going on.

"It's like a murder mystery," mumbled Dan.

Even more intriguing was the sudden arrival of two litres of semi-skimmed milk. "What do we associate with milk?" Shell wondered, possibly analysing the dairy produce more than Big Brother had actually intended.

Eventually Stuart was set free from the Diary Room.

"Nothing," he shrugged when the others crowded around to ask what was happening.

Curious.
