[A man who has to give police
24 hours' notice before he
has sex with a new partner
has lost his bid to have
the sexual risk order overturned.
District Judge Adrian Lower said
he is persuaded such an order
is required to protect
John O'Neill's future partners.
However, he will not make a
decision on the terms of the
final order until 22 September.
The decision at York Magistrates' Court
means an interim order will remain
