That Australian guy with the long curly hair, who was on BBCan, is a prime example. I remember him openly saying on his original season that he doesn't care about people unless he can use them. He was a superb manipulator, superficially charming, and conned the hell out of the audience.

The reason they don't screen them out is that they're reasonably benign, as long as their behavior is monitored. Sociopaths who are physically or sexually abused when they're young are some of the most dangerous people in the world, however.

From BBCAN, Tim (BBCAN4) and Cassandra (BBCAN4) definitely come to mind, definitely. I thought this throughout the season so i'm glad you saw it too!
