The launch of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! 2016 has been a smashing success for ITV. The channel has revealed that November 13's series 16 launch brought in a jaw-dropping 12.7 million viewers, making it the most-watched ITV show of the year. If that figure's not impressive enough, I'm a Celebrity's 12.7 million viewers on launch night is surpassed only by 2013 (13.5m) and 2011 (12.8m) for the show's all-time record. This ratings record means that Ant & Dec's jungle antics were even more anticipated by viewers than ITV powerhouses like Britain's Got Talent, Love Island and The X Factor.
