What problems though? I'm yet to hear what the actual issue is or what people think would happen if unisex toilets were the norm? Just that there might be 'problems'. Common sense would also say to look at existing examples of it, and where I've experienced unisex toilets there hasn't been any issues that I'm aware of.
Is the problem that the boys might peek on the girls? Have a floor to ceiling walled cubicle or give them detention to teach them not to be little pervs, and there might be fewer adult pervs in the future
