I wonder why Paypal is ripping us off

I run a small business and I often pay in dollars through Paypal.

I looked at where Pound was, £1.26 to the Dollar.

And yet that same moment I made a payment through Paypal, I was only given £1.18 to the Dollar.

I'm obviously missing something. What?
