I think Charlotte is as thick as two planks, not meaning educationally as she seems to have limited intelligence.

I mean of how she sums up the situation in the house and people around her. She was foul about Isabelle when being in Lotans gang and still is whilst hanging on every crumb Ellie or Savannah of the cool gang fed her.

She comes across intelligent mainly due to her speaking voice but it is not what she actually is, which in my opinion is a boring follower, not capable of anything interesting and clinging on for dear life.
