Tbh I think that Ellie played it strategically clever as she really would've gone for Hannah & Isabelle but realised how that might come across to the public going for two girls that are slimmer than herself and are considered to be more attractive than Ellie. Especially as Ellie has been showing signs of jealousy of Isabelle lately aswell.
Where as without being mean to Chanelle, but Ellie knew that she would get away with nominating her alot more.
