They did not win against the producers. Dick has yet to be punished for his rule-break. He was never even warned for his earlier behaviour. Clear favouritism. And he got this far by bullying and intimidation... so he's not even a great player. Daniele is, I'll give her that, but Dick isn't.

As for that, Daniele is definitely playing better than Dick, however Dick's strategy was bullying. He IS a good player, is he the best player? No. Is he going to win? Not if he brings Daniele to the finals. But He isn't playing to win, he's playing for the joint victory and for his daughter's love still.
