Fallen Angelz bare their souls
Quote:
EXCLUSIVE: Fallen Angelz bare their souls GORGEOUS girl band Fallen Angelz are simply divine, as our exclusive snaps and behind-the-scenes video reveal.
Stunner Bobbi Aney, 24, from Liverpool formed Fallen Angelz – through to X-Factor’s boot camp – in November 2005 with Mollie King, 20, Nikki Wills, 23, and 23-year-old Rachelle Glover.
Now in our exclusive interview, the girls who impressed the panel with their cover of Avril Lavigne's Don't Like Your Girlfriend, revealed why they like working for SAUCY TV shows, what they REALLY think of the judges and the SECRET BBC show they’re in.
Nikki Wills, from Dorset, cooed: “Dannii is just so beautiful. If I was a lesbian she’d totally be my cup of tea! Louis is adorable and Simon just a very cool cat, each blink means something!”
Nikki – nick-named Nikki T because she’s always in trouble – is a presenter for Sky’s Party People TV (channel number SKY 910/free view ch. 37) – offering flirty, not dirty chat lines.
She confessed: “We have to pay rent somehow – and otherwise we’d be waitressing – like most out of work actresses and dancers.
“It’s not dirty, it’s just flirty – and lots of fun. I mean where else can you just mess around and be yourself? I sometimes even do a bit of cheerleading on there and they’re very flexible working hours.”
Bobbi started working for Lad’s Lounge (channel number SKY 906) another phone-in-show four months ago after Nikki suggested it to her.
The TV website explains: "You can call the girls for a flirty (not dirty) chat.
"Just ask the girls to give you a twirl, blow you a kiss or give your opinion on whatever you want for the girls to discuss."
Bobbi – who sold her sports car – an MX5 – to help fund the band in their early days revealed: “We needed some moneyto live - let alone get time in a studio.
"I never thought I’d be able to work doing chat shows. I’m not very good at pouting or anything, but they seem quite happy for me to be a geek.
“It’s daytime TV so it’s not that naughty at all – and it’s really helped me and Nikki get good at chatting to crowds when we’re at a gig!”
Mollie, the youngest in the band is a working model – appearing in Gillette and Clean and Clear ads to help pay their bills, while Rachelle is in a showgirl troupe and works part time in a dancewear shop.
All four will appear in BBC Three show ‘Singing with the Enemy’ set to be aired in November.
Bobbi explained: “We filmed it ages ago – and we thought it was going to go out at the start of this year. It’s quite funny how it’s going to be on the same time as X-Factor finals!”
But the girls have got to get through boot camp to make it to the live finals.
Rachelle said: “It’s really tough – there are lots of girl bands at boot camp this year.”
Mollie added: “It was such a great moment arriving at boot camp and looking around. There was such a small group of people you couldn’t help but be like, ‘Is this all that’s left?’
“Me and Nikki shared a room and we were singing literally all the time! It was a bit like a school trip to be honest – fun, but hard work at the same time!”
