Default Emmerdale Weekly Previews!

Monday 8 October 2007 7:00pm - 7:30pm on ITV1.

Seeing a dejected Debbie (Charley Webb) shutting up the garage early, Eli (Joseph Gilgun) talks her into going for a drink at the Woolpack. However when Lisa (Jane Cox) broaches the subject of Sarah (Amber Child-Cavill), Debbie turns on her heels and storms out, followed by Eli. Back at Tug Ghyll a drink leads to a kiss which leads to the bedroom. Later Eli seizes his chance, and whilst Debbie's sleeping, leaves the cottage armed with the mobile and laptop containing the photo of his and Kelly's (Adele Silva) illicit kiss. Will this put an end to Kelly's fears?

Later the girls gather for Kelly's hen night at the Woolpack. With Kelly's express wishes ignored, Viv (Deena Payne) unveils the strippers for the night. Playing to open mouths all round, Bob (Tony Audenshaw), Jamie (Alex Carter) and Marlon (Mark Charnock) strut their stuff. Can the Emmerdale Chippendales take Kelly's mind off her worries?

Meanwhile Carrie (Linda Lusardi) and Jimmy (Nick Miles) are awkward with each other after their kiss. Paying him a visit, Carrie apologises and Jimmy reassures her that all is well and their friendship intact but does Carrie want more?

***Programme Information for the rest of the week follows***

Tuesday 9 October 7pm

As Kelly (Adele Silva) prepares for her wedding, Scarlett (Kelsey-Beth Crossley) hears a ringing phone in Kelly's bag and, unaware that it's Debbie's (Charley Webb), answers it. Hearing Debbie launch into a tirade unaware of who's on the other end, Scarlett is inadvertently alerted to the existence of the photo of Kelly and Eli (Joseph Gilgun). When Carl (Tom Lister) sees the photo he alerts a devastated Jimmy (Nick Miles). Beside herself, Kelly tries to reason with Jimmy that it was a mistake and meant nothing. With Jimmy still smarting and Kelly in tears, will the unhappy couple make it down the aisle?

Meanwhile Debbie continues to ostracise herself from the rest of the village and even manages to disgust friend Jasmine (Jenna-Louise Coleman) when she reveals the reason why Eli stole her phone and laptop. Is Debbie heading for a lonely future?

Elsewhere, Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) continues in her quest to push Emily (Kate McGregor) and the Bishop (Peter Cartwright) together. Can the Bishop replace Ashley (John Middleton) in Emily's affections?

Wednesday 10 October 7pm

Jimmy (Nick Miles) apologises to both Scarlett (Kelsey-Beth Crossley) and Carrie (Linda Lusardi) for bawling them out over yesterday's events. Scarlett is hopeful that things will get back to normal for all of them. However, when Carrie later takes receipt of an important letter, her actions ultimately hold the key to the future happiness of Jimmy and Kelly (Adele Silva). Will she do the right thing?

Meanwhile Lisa (Jane Cox) sees Debbie (Charley Webb) looking down and talks her into having lunch at the Dingles where she'll be looking after Sarah (Amber Child-Cavill). Awkward at first, Debbie starts to relax around her daughter. Could Debbie be about to discover her inner-parent?

Elsewhere Paddy (Dominic Brunt) is surprised when his policeman cousin Ross (Samuel Anderson) arrives in the village looking for a place to stay for a few days. Eager to take down the particulars of the ladies of the village, will this romeo get lucky and cop off during his visit?

Thursday 11 October 7pm

Jo (Roxanne Pallett) is left to look after Sarah (Amber Child-Cavill) once again whilst Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) is busy on the farm. However, when she's called to see a man about a goat, Jo calls on the babysitting services of Lisa (Jane Cox) once again. Eager to move things forward, Lisa takes Sarah to visit Debbie (Charley Webb) at the garage, a gesture which doesn’t go down too well with the reluctant mum. Is Lisa fighting a losing battle?

Over at the Woolpack, Jack (Clive Hornby) is disturbed when he sees Diane (Elizabeth Estensen) speaking with John the drayman (Steven Murphy), the faux object of her affections. Shocked to hear from Bob (Tony Audenshaw) that John is gay, Jack demands to know what's going on. Forced to admit she lied, is the game up for Diane?

Also as Carrie (Linda Lusardi) spends more time with Jimmy (Nick Miles), will she risk upheaval in her home life to pursue him once more?

Friday 12 October 7pm

Back in the village, Billy (David Crellin) settles in, moving back to Edna's (Shirley Stelfox) and taking a job back at the garage. However his presence unnerves Diane (Elizabeth Estensen) and when she tearfully heads home from the pub, Billy follows, eager to sort things out. As they head for the back of the village hall, Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) secretly follows and is shocked to hear them discuss their relationship, Diane urging Billy they have to move on. When confronted, Billy tries to fob Victoria off with the line that they're just friends, but Victoria isn't to be fooled. Is Victoria about to bring Jack's world crashing down around him?

Elsewhere, Gray (Christopher Villiers) surprises Perdy (Georgia Slowe) when he arranges for a surrogacy agency rep to visit them at home. However Perdy is somewhat overwhelmed by his urgency to move things on. Is it too much too soon?

Meanwhile Debbie (Charley Webb) is insistent to Lisa (Jane Cox) that she's standing by her decision to give Sarah (Amber Child-Cavill) up. Is the subject finally closed or can Debbie be convinced otherwise?
