Like you, I was getting realy frustrated with the lack of live streams, despite having paid!!!!
I'm not sure how I made this contact; BUT I began e-mailing someone at real Player, who was a real help and within 3 hours it wal all working.  This is the e-mail address I 'wrote' to: feedback@euro.real.com good luck
