I agree she has a wonderful voice.

It's a shame she has such poor taste in songs. I listened to the 30 second clip on iTunes and fell asleep after the first 15 seconds. The song was so boring.

She could be really great with her only sound and style of music. If she wants to sing like that I would suggest she ditches her song writing and goes back to singing covers or find some decent song writers.

There's nothing wrong with the songs. At least she writes the songs herself rather then nick them off someone else.

I think on the Album there are more up beat songs, but she has some pipes on her so therefore sing big ballads it what she is good at, as we saw on the X Factor.

They are a boring and at best Radio 2 fodder. Sixty year old grandmothers will love it but not real music lovers. Leona is living in the past and her music bland and lacks any style or X-Factor. She is in danger of becoming a wasted talent if the rest of the album sounds the same.

Young people love Leona type of music, that's why she won the X Factor. She is still starting out at the end of the day, so her songs will only get better.

I hope you are right about her music getting better as time goes on, it would be such a shame to be proved right two more albums down the line. She has an amazing singing voice and to watch it being wasted would be such a shame.

Yeah I don't want her talent wasted either, but as a fan, and many people I know, they like her type of music.

I really like this song, it' a bit jazzy and it's a great vocal. But the lyrics do get cheesy near the end.

I agree that Leona is not a great songwriter yet, which is why I think she has been helped by other writers. I don't imagine that there will be a track written solely by Leona on the album. imo she's not bad though, some of her songs she wrote before the X Factor are good and sound great acoustically. And I do like Forgiveness.

It's also good that Forgiveness is not actually on the album, it's a sign that there is better material that made the shortlist.
