It's kinda easy for someone with a clear mind to say well no one forced her though, from her history it's clear she has some unresolved mental and insecurity issues and likely took drugs as a form of escape rather than just being careless.

Question is who gave her the drugs, it's so vast the drug scene I swear too many people have "dealer connections" , so it's probably more than one person

i've done cocaine and mdma and ket before but i've never done heroin like there's a limit sis
