i've flown ryan air once and the plane was delayed 4 hours
 Parents with a newborn baby were unable to get seats together, and the seat the woman did get was too close to the emergency exit so she wasn't allowed to hold the baby. It's getting that sort of stuff right that makes flying bearable, and saving a few quid just isn't worth it. |
