dances for movies week which could work, maybe foxtrot or VW which is a lot of in hold dancing, and then they can concentrate on the footwork technical tiny details
i Always knew Charleston would be a tricky dance for her, but i was glad i saw some really nice personality/character moments in the performance
and also the lifts weren't done that badly if you think of her one full arm/hand, so she did the best she could, and i forgive AJ since i am a big fan of him, his choreo's are amazing, outside the box and he has grown so much in the years he's a pro dancer on strictly

I thought the lifts were amazing A J is a master of lifts routines and Lauren engaged in them superbly.
I think A J plans the best routines on Strictly but gets little recognition from particularly Darcy and Shirley.
It was the same last year too.
For the lifts and the amazing effort of doing them so well by Lauren,.it was staggering to see reduced votes from last week by Darcy and Shirley.
No one presented such an exciting set of lifts as A J and Lauren did last night.
