When someone gets exasperated or flies off the handle as they come down from it they can react in many ways. Like Kenally cried after her outburst..some people just take deep breaths...I've done both. I neither suffer from anxiety attacks or panic attacks...and neither of these were mentioned apart from people on this forum.

Anyway think we've done this to death...I'm moving on.

Is it really too hard to envisage? Was not his behaviour you describe all part of having an anxiety attack when he felt out of his depth? Its what people do and a couple of opinions on panic attacks do not cover the whole spectrum.

I think sometimes ardent dislike of a housemate can overwhelm any sense of giving them the benefit of the doubt or get the wrong end of the stick.

Lewis has faults but no where near as many as has been leveled at him by the same posters who dislike him. Their overworked dislike just reaches new levels.

He is the polls favourite, so the majority of viewers do not hold him in such contempt, neither are they fools not to see his so called never ending faults.
Given we can only comment on what BB actually show, as so many people keep saying, I don't really get why when it comes to Lewis, we have to imagine all kinds of things that could maybe, possibly have gone on off camera

Why is that?

Even if he was taken somewhere to calm down and they just edited it out...he was literally heavy breathing and such, over not getting a comfier seat with nicer meals! He was stropping over Akeem getting a privilege instead of him. Like, how this can be seen as a positive, I don't know

The same people who are defending him were dragging Janice Dickinson's panic attack so Even though this one obviously appears disingenuous

Because you have said it was not possible that he calmed down, without allowing any other possibilities even knowing how highly edited BB is.

Are you then saying we have to believe it isn't and everything is as it is shown, which is patently not the case.

He was stropping over Akeem's seat, correct and winding himself up, you have seen him doing it many times before, then sit there over thinking before having his meltdown/attack. Then the thought of 7 hours sent him over the edge.

No one is saying it is positive, we are not bigging him up, he is his own worst enemy at times but I am saying, we don't know for certain and it has been just another stick for his detractors to beat him with.

Sian was there though wasn't she and she agreed with me and nobody else seemed to feel the need to defend him even his 'little brother' Cameron.

They all knew it was a put on

How many others were on there? Sian had her own agenda.

Your last line has no basis in fact, as you cannot substantiate it.

can't have it both ways. He was either being genuine, in which case he is unstable, or he was putting on an act.

He didn't say he was having a panic attack, he said it was making his anxiety bad, and that can be completely invisible. Not only that but with Lewis F it isn't even invisible; he quite clearly suffers from anxiety.

Also anyone who has ever experienced that sort of generalised anxiety will know that the prospect of sitting for 5+ hours with nothing to do for distraction can be outright torture. I fully understand why he was saying "I can't do this". It's also why he said he would have been fine sat with Cameron, as being sat with a friend and able to have a laugh and a chat helps massively with anxiety.

Very little empathy from Sian, but not surprising as tbqfh I don't think she has the mental processing power required to feel anxious about anything.

Not much empathy on here either, which is a shame.

There was nothing wrong with Lewis on the way to China.. So there was nothing wrong with his fake arse on the way back.

Alternatively; he got anxious on "the way there" but kept a lid on it, but the prospect of doing it all again (and for even longer) was too much.

Also he had Bau Bau as a distraction on the first flight

I think once BB announced that the journey will "be shorter" , Lewis thought he got his own way . But I don't think the time duration would ever of been 7 hours ! .

And Lewis had it alot easier the second time round as there was no crying baby.

Alternatively he wanted to be an upgraded seat but threw a tantrum because Akeem was chosen over him.

aka the truth

I have not said that at all. Maybe read my posts, rather than what you twant me to say?

We can only comment on what we see. From what we were shown, it appears, to me, that he was putting on the heavy breathing thing, in the hope of getting his own way. And he was only stropping over the Akeem getting first class, rather than being on the plan for 5 hours or whatever.

I also don't see how he could not have spoke to Cameron. They were all in the same room, not like they had walls between them.

No...its just your opinion...the only one who knows the TRUTH is Lewis himself.

Yeah if he got the first class seat with Cameron,he wouldn't have thrown such a hissy fit ! . Pretty obvious .

Like I said if he had genuine panic & anxiety then an upgraded seat wouldn't make a difference .

If you can't see that Lewis suffers from an anxiety disorder then I can only assume that you've never experienced one. That's not a criticism, as such, I wouldn't wish it on anyone but I'm just saying, he definitely does suffer from anxiety issues (it's been clear since the first night) and disliking someone isn't reason enough to have no sympathy for them .

I partly agree that Lewis clearly has issues & probably suffers anxiety .

But I'm not convinced it was as bad as he made out in the plane task, he wanted the upgraded seat and because he didn't get his own way he threw a tantrum simple as that .

He does clearly suffer anxiety. No disputing that.

However, theres a difference between anxiety and throwing the metaphorical toys out of the pram as you did not get a privilege. And making out that its because of anxiety, rather than admitting you are just throwing a strop!
