'Kids teased me about my mum sleeping with SO many men', says Janice Dickinson's son

She is the acid-tongued, highly-strung, spoilt American who has taken jungle show I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!, by storm.

But 20-year-old Nathan Fields, son of I'm A Celebrity star Janice Dickinson revealed his struggle growing up with the former supermodel who sensationally confessed to sleeping with 1,000 men.

Although now happily settled with musician Joe Kaplan, 52-year-old Janice's checkered past includes a string of love affairs - with both men and women - including a long list of Hollywood stars including Sylvester Stallone, Liam Neeson, Jack Nicholson, Bruce Willis, Warren Beatty and rocker Mick Jagger.

The past still haunts Janice's son Nathan who admitted: "Some kids teased me when I was younger about her sleeping with so many famous men and stuff, but I'm not interested," he says

"I don't think any son with a mother like mine would want to know what she's got up to over the years.

"I've heard various rumours, but I don't want to know where my mother's been."

But despite recent revelations of Janice's lesbian affairs, Nathan dismissed the claims. He told Closer magazine: "I've heard about the bisexual rumours and it's all an exaggeration, I'm sure."

And he revealed that maneater reputation aside, Janice has always taught him to be a gentleman.

TV producer Nathan, who has a girlfriend called Carly, says:" "She taught me about sex and stuff when I was younger and she always drummed it into my head to be a gentleman - to always pay the bill and always look after the woman.

"I've absorbed all her advice."

Nathan said behind all the plastic surgery which he hates - and the diva attitude, Janice is a fantastic mother to him and his 13-year-old sister Savannah - Janice's daughter from another relationship.

He said: "People don't get to see her as a mother behind the scenes - she either cooks or she'll get a cook in to make us a meal.

"She's a proper hands-on mum. She also speaks Italian and French and she's well-educated.

"My mum is a strong alpha female and I'm constantly having to say: 'No Mum!' But away from the cameras she's an incredible mother. She's exhausting, but I love her."

Janice, who became famous in recent years for her caustic appearances as a judge on Tyra Banks show America's Next Top Model, has admitted spending a five-figure sum on plastic surgery over the years.

She's had a tummy tuck, a neck lift, several facelifts, Botox, liposuction, breast implants and skin peels in a relentless bid to hold on to her ageing supermodel looks.

But a worried Nathan hates his mother's addiction to surgery so much that he's begged her to agree never to go under the knife again.

Nathan told Closer: "We've made a deal that from now on there will be no more.

But showing he has a great understanding of his mother, he added: "Well, she's said she won't touch the face at least.

"I'm not sure whether I believe her - she'll just do what she wants anyway."
