When I worked briefly for the ILR, I could of looked up anyones details, however you had to have a reason to look up a person's details, and there was an automatic random audit to catch out those who would try and look up the details of celebrities. I was a good boy and did not look up anything I was not supposed to, although there is one persons details I would loved to looked at
