Generally street names in the main remain the same and if they are changed it is generally due to some information about some history about the street coming forward not that the street name is not diverse! Cities are expanding all the time and the new sections should of course reflect the evolution of the City

I suggest they ask the people who live there, who have grown up there, whether they want their place names changed to fit in with a minority group. Why is it so toxic for the host country to enjoy and continue with its own culture because presumably, that was one of the things that attracted the newcomers. If not, everywhere is going to be like the East End of London... with almost the whole indigenous community having moved out to a neighbouring county.
